Ketchup, oats, broth—everyone has these staples lying around the kitchen. These recipes will give you fresh ways to cook with the ingredients you already have on hand.

Korean BBQ-Inspired Baked Salmon

This salmon pairs well with rice. Opt for brown over white.

Turkey Meatballs Arrabbiata

These meatballs are a great entrée all on their own—serve with a slice of crusty break and a green salad. You can also pair them with zucchini “noodles” or whole wheat spaghetti.

Ramen-Style Ginger Chicken Noodle Soup

Give extra flavor to your ramen by adding healthful toppings, such as avocado, scallions, mung bean sprouts, shiitake mushroom caps, toasted sesame seeds, lime, extra-thinly sliced red hot chili peppers, or hot sauce.

Double Up
