2 (6-inch) whole wheat tortillas
2 cooked tuna steaks (from Moroccan-Style Grilled Tuna recipe, see link below), shredded or sliced
1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 avocado, mashed
1/2 lime, cut in half


  1. Warm the tortillas for 30 seconds on each side in a dry skillet or on the grill, until hot. Top the warm tortillas with the grilled tuna, lettuce, tomatoes, and mashed avocado. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve warm.
