1 Tbsp. slivered almonds
8 oz. grilled swordfish, cut into bite-sized pieces*
Grilled, sliced peppers*
1 minced scallion*
1 plum tomato, diced
1 tsp. capers
1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. honey
1/8 tsp. sea salt
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 cups mixed greens

  1. Add the almonds to a small, dry skillet. Toast over medium heat, shaking the pan occasionally, until the nuts are lightly toasted, about 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, very gently toss the swordfish pieces, grilled peppers, scallion, tomato, and capers.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients and whisk well. Add the dressing to the swordfish mixture and gently toss. Pile the swordfish mixture on top of the mixed greens. Top with the almonds.
